RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL INSPECTIONS. Amends the Marketing Order Revolving Fund by renaming it the Certification Services Revolving Fund. Transfers the unexpended balance of moneys from the Coffee Inspection Revolving Fund to the Certification Services Revolving Fund. Authorizes the Department to conduct audits and issue certificates for agricultural safety and security. Clarifies the responsibility for conducting seed certifications. |
