HOUSE CONCURRENT

RESOLUTION

RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2003.

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-second Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2003, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2003 are hereby determined to be the 20^th, 21^st, 24^th, 25^th, and 26^th days of February, 2003, on which dates the Regular Session of 2003 shall be recessed.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess, for the Regular Session of 2003 are hereby determined to be the 23^rd day of January, the 3^rd and 5^th days of March, and the 7^th, 9^th, 15^th, 28^th, and 30^th days of April, on which dates the Regular Session of 2003 shall be recessed.
