A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

relating to anatomical gifts.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Act 88, Session Laws of Hawaii 1999, is amended by amending section 9 to read as follows:

"SECTION 9. This Act shall take effect upon its approval; provided that the new sections designated as 286-A and 327-B, Hawaii Revised Statutes, in this Act shall take effect on July 1, 2000, and shall be repealed on June 30, [2003.] 2006."

SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
