A BILL FOR AN ACT
making an appropriation to the medicaid prescription drug rebate special fund.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2003-2004, for deposit into the medicaid prescription drug rebate special fund, to carry out the purposes of section 346-59.8(b)(2), Hawaii Revised Statutes.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2003.
