Description: Prohibits mutual benefit societies and HMOs from refusing or limiting health insurance coverage to a person with third party claims, except where the person has medical benefits under workers' compensation and motor vehicle insurance coverage. Requires that mutual benefit societies and HMOs be given timely notice of potential third-party claims. (CD1)
