Report Title: Neurotrauma; Advisory Board; Special Fund ($)
Description: Establishes a neurotrauma advisory board and neurotrauma system within the Department of Health to develop a comprehensive system to support and provide services for survivors of neurotrauma; creates the neurotrauma special fund into which shall be deposited surcharges from driving under the influence offenses; requires the traumatic brain injury advisory board to consult with the neurotrauma advisory board.
