Report Title: Real Property Leases; Renegotiations; Condemnation
Description: Requires, in leasehold renegotiations, that a rent based on fair market value shall apply even if value is lower than existing rent and contract bars the lowering of rent upon renegotiation. Gives certain lessees and sublessees the option of extending remainder of lease to full term. Requires use of USPAP appraisal standards. Allows determination of fair market value through appraised process, but prohibits arbitration.
