Description: Removes sunset of Health Insurance Reimbursement Act; clarifies that a notice to a provider of a denied or contested claim is not required if the entity provides a monthly reimbursement report to the provider; requires entity to provide to providers a system to verify enrollee eligibility; limits the requirement of paying interest for interest accruals of at least $2; defines "clean claim".
