Report Title: Energy Efficiency Policy Task Force; Review and Evaluation; Tax Credits
Description: Implements recommendations of the energy efficiency policy task force, including continuation of energy efficiency policy review and evaluation; establishment of renewable energy technologies tax credit; collection of detailed data on tax credits; support for efficiency and renewable energy education programs and utility energy efficiency and renewable energy programs; encouraging PUC to continue to support increased energy efficiency and renewable resources; encouraging DHS to use federal funds from the low-income home energy assistance program to install energy saving devices.
