| Description: | Establishes county public health facility management advisory committees and changes structure of existing corporation board. Repeals requirement that a vote of two-thirds of the members of the corporation board is required to take action with respect to (1) removal of one of the members of the corporation board; (2) amendment of the board's bylaws; (3) hiring or removal of the chief executive officer of the corporation; and (4) any other action as provided by the board. Provides that the director may appoint a chief executive officer of the corporation. Provides that the director or the director's designee may discharge its exempt personnel with or without cause. Repeals regional public health facility management advisory committees. Repeals executive public health facility management advisory committee. |
