MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.

Appropriates funds for programs and services for low-income individuals with developmental disabilities that do not qualify for Medicaid. (SD1)
