RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES. Amends the condominium property regime law to require an association of apartment owners, that has received a request for information from an owner, to notify the owner in writing of its intent to impose fees for providing that information prior to assessment. Contested fees are to be submitted to arbitration. |

RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES. Extends from 120 days to 365 days the deadline for obtaining from the apartment owners the required percentage of votes to amend the bylaws of a condominium property regime. Applies the 365 day deadline to proposed bylaws submitted by either the board of directors or a volunteer apartment owners' committee. |

Testimony may also be faxed if less than 5 pages in length, to the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms Office at 586-6659 or 1-800-586-6659 (toll free for neighbor islands), at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
