RELATING TO COMPUTER CRIME.

Strengthens civil and criminal penalties for computer offenses; establishes a temporary commission on computer crimes laws to review the implementation of this Act; and requires the temporary commission to report its findings and recommendations to the 2003 Hawaii State Legislature. RELATING TO DEPUTY ATTORNEYS GENERAL.

Specifies that deputy attorneys shall perform duties as the attorney general may require regardless of the source of state funding for compensation. (HB514 HD1) (SAY (BR))

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
