relating to DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION PERSONNEL. Allows the DOE to hire former teachers, principals, or vice principals who have been retired from state service for not less than two years for hard-to-fill positions, allowing them to continue to receive retirement benefits, but not accrue additional retirement benefits based on post-retirement employment.
