The following measures are being added to the March 2 agenda:

Requires qualified electric utilities to attempt the implementation of renewables portfolio standards. (SD1)

RELATING TO FAMILY CHILD CARE.

Makes general amendments to the family child care home law, including setting a $1 million insurance policy limit per provider, extends the law to include renters, allows the board to limit the number of family child care homes to 3% of all units, and clarifies that family child care operators should assume all modifications to premises to comply with the Equal Opportunity for Individuals with Disabilities Act. Also extends the sunset date for the law. (SD1)

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
