RELATING TO LIMITING HURRICANE PROPERTY INSURANCE RISK.

Requires risks among hurricane property insurers to be spread as much as possible so that in case of a catastrophic event, the financial health of these insurers are minimally exposed; effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
