relating to occupational therapists. Adds temporary permit to the occupational therapist law for persons who have not yet passed the national examination. Establishes that occupational therapists registered under chapter 457G shall be similarly regarded as an occupational therapist that holds a license. RELATING TO CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES AND COURSE PROVIDERS FOR INSURANCE LICENSEES. Authorizes assessment of fees by Insurance Division and DCCA for certification of continuing education providers and courses and for related services. Requires course providers to electronically submit course completion information to division within 45 days of course completion or exam scoring.
