Description: In third-party liability cases, clarifies the law as intended under Act 20, SLH 2000, by imposing the same obligations on mutual benefit societies and health maintenance organizations required of other insurers with lienholder rights under section 663-10, thereby making refusal to provide or limit coverage to an individual with a third-party claim an unfair method of competition and unfair or deceptive act or practice.
