Description: Requires unlicensed contractors (when found) from keeping moneys paid to them and require reimbursement of these moneys in a civil action to recover for work done. Failure to obtain a license is deemed unfair or deceptive practice if unlicensed contractor is found to violate chapter on restraint of trade.
