Measure Title: RELATING TO KAHO`OLAWE ISLAND RESERVE.
Report Title: Kaho`olawe Island Reserve
Description: Authorizes the Kaho`olawe Island Reserve Commission (Commission) to solicit and accept grants, donations, and contributions. Renames the Rehabilitation Trust Fund to the Kaho`olawe Rehabilitation Trust Fund (Trust Fund). Requires the deposit of grants, donations, and contributions into the Trust Fund. Deletes the repeal date of the Trust Fund. Requires the Commission to submit annual reports on the Trust Fund to the Legislature.
