Description: Delays the implementation of Act 175 (1999 Session) from January 1, 2001 to January 1, 2003. This act raises the minimum age to obtain a driver's license from 15 to 16 and requires that all applicants under 18 years of age complete a driver education program and a behind-the-wheel driver training course certified by the DOT.
