MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

Makes an appropriation to the disability and communication access board to be equitably distributed to the counties to cover the costs of administering volunteer disabled parking programs. (SD2)

RELATING TO CHECK CASHING.

Makes permanent, by repealing the drop-dead date, the law imposing notice requirements and fee limits on persons who are in the business of check cashing.

Amends the definition of concession to include the sale of services such as advertising, communications and telecommunications. Provides statutory authorization to enter into concessions contracts for parking lot operations by means of competitive sealed proposals. (SD2)
