The purpose of this informational briefing is for the Department of Health to answer questions and discuss issues regarding the Hawaii State Hospital and recent events that have occurred there. The Department of Health will discuss the security at the Hawaii State Hospital and will also discuss the progress on the Hospital's consent decree.
