RELATING TO LIBRARIES. Transfers Friends of the Library of Hawaii contracts and oversight from the BOE to the state librarian; adds Friends of the Library of Hawaii to the Hawaii state library foundation trust fund; requires the fund keep moneys from the two sources separate. |
