RELATING TO PUBLIC CONTRACTS. Requires contractors under a public contract to provide their employees with specified minimum wages and days off. Provides for enforcement and penalties. (SD1) |

RELATING TO PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT. Enables public agencies to conduct experimental modernization projects this year instead of waiting for the Civil Service Reform Act (Act 253, SLH 2000) to take effect.
