RELATING TO CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT.

RELATING TO NONCONSENSUAL COMMON LAW LIENS.

Requires for nonconsensual common law liens that a claim of lien against a private party filed with land court and the bureau of conveyances must be accompanied by a certified order from a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the filing of the lien to be valid.

RELATING TO INTERSTATE FAMILY SUPPORT.

Clarifies the definition of a "registering tribunal" and amends the notice requirements for proceedings to contest the validity or enforcement of a registered child support order. (HB527 HD1)

RELATING TO INFORMATION ON THE NATURAL PARENTS OF THE ADOPTED MINOR CHILD.

Waives the requirement for court-ordered medical information forms if the completed forms are not returned to the Department of Human Services (DHS). Requires the completion of medical information forms and the consent to release medical information at the dispositional hearing. (HB630 HD1)
