Appropriates funds to provide basic dental services for adults covered under Medicaid or QUEST on a fee-for-service basis. Imposes a service cap of $500 per enrollee per year. (HB249 HD2)

RELATING TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

Allows the administrator of the narcotics enforcement division to share information from the electronic prescription accountability system with a pharmacist employed by a pharmacy registered under section 329-32, Hawaii Revised Statutes, who requests prescription information on a customer relating to a violation or possible violation of Chapter 329, HRS.
