RELATING TO HAWAII HEALTH SYSTEMS CORPORATION.

Allows the Hawaii health care system corporation to enhance the community network of health care facilites throughout the State by building on the strengths of the individuals facilities, designing services more suited to meet the health care needs of the specific communities in a timely fashion, and maintaining quality standards of care.

RELATING TO THE STATEWIDE NEWBORN HEARING SCREENING PROGRAM.

Establishes mandatory hearing impairment screening for newborn infants.

relating to adult residential care homes.

Sets certain restrictions on admission to ARCHs. Sets exceptions for admission or retention of residents in ARCHs. Requires admission and discharge agreement for each ARCH resident.
