RELATING TO KAHO`OLAWE ISLAND RESERVE. Authorizes the Kaho`olawe Island Reserve Commission (Commission) to solicit and accept grants, donations, and contributions. Renames the Rehabilitation Trust Fund to the Kaho`olawe Rehabilitation Trust Fund (Trust Fund). Requires the deposit of grants, donations, and contributions into the Trust Fund. Deletes the repeal date of the Trust Fund. Requires the Commission to submit annual reports on the Trust Fund to the Legislature. |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
