RELATING TO TOURISM. PROPOSED HD1: Increases the number of Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) voting members. Establishes the convention center enterprise special fund. Assigns HTA the responsibility for marketing, managing, using, operating, and maintaining the convention center facility. Allows excess TAT revenues to be used for expanding Hawaii business tourism and investing in Hawaii's natural resources. |
