Prohibits the resale of cigarettes purchased at sales outlets operated under the regulations of the Armed Services of the United States. Creates a presumption that all cigarettes are subject to the cigarette tax. Seeks appropriations from state general revenues to pay for the initial monitoring, administration, and enforcement of the cigarette tax stamp. (HB516 HD1) |
