relating to taxation.

Expands treatment of wholesale sales of services under the general excise tax by clarifying the cost of services.

RELATING TO TAXATION.

Changes deductions taken by lessee for gross proceeds from subleased real property, to the amount of monetary gross proceeds or gross income paid for the property or space by the lessee or the amount of monetary gross proceeds received from sublessee for GET.

relating to the general excise tax.

Accelerates the general excise tax deduction for the leasing and subleasing of real property by adopting the .875 deduction multiplier for calendar year 2002 and thereafter.
