RELATING to small boat harbors.

Requires the department of land and natural resources to provide for the future direction, including a master plan, for publicly owned small boat harbors statewide. Appropriates funds. Requires report to the legislature.

SB 663

relating to ala wai boat harbor.

Converts the Ala Wai boat harbor into an independent, privately managed marine park in accordance with an operating agreement based on principles of community-based management, to be entered into with the department of land and natural resources.
