RELATING TO THE HAWAII HURRICANE RELIEF FUND.

Requires HHRF to develop and implement a two-year pilot program to provide grants to residential property owners for installation of HHRF-approved wind damage mitigation devices that lessen the probability of property loss from strong winds. Appropriates funds. (HB1156 HD2)

RELATING TO CYBERSQUATTING.

Prohibits cybersquatting, the bad faith registration of domain names on the internet. Establishes penalties. (HB1221 HD2)

RELATING TO STATE AND LOCAL TAXATION OF MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES.

Provides for regulation and taxing of state and local wireless telecommunications services consistent with the federal Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act. (HB1684 HD1)
