relating to liquor license applications.

As to liquor law, clarifies what items shall be included in the investigator's report and to whom a copy of that report shall be furnished; clarifies procedures for protests concerning applications for liquor licenses; clarifies denials in areas near schools and playgrounds. (SD1)

SB 249

RELATING TO PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.

Requires employers to offer participation in the employer's group medical insurance plan to part-time employees that would otherwise not qualify for health benefits. Requires that such nonqualifying part-time employees pay for 100% of health insurance premiums if they choose to participate.
