RELATING TO INTERISLAND VEHICLE TRANSFERS.

Amends legal requirements for the interisland transfer of vehicles.

relating to social work.

Requires licensing of licensed independent clinical social workers; protects practice of licensed independent clinical social workers; protects title of licensed independent clinical social workers; creates board; establishes license application requirements; requires continuing education before renewal of license; exempts employed clinical social worker employed by federal, state, or county government. relating to mutual benefit societies.

Removes reference to statutes that have been repealed.

relating to insurance.

Requires customer service representatives who sell or service insurance products to be licensed under the insurance code.

SB 1066

RELATING TO INSURANCE.

Adds an option to the net worth requirements of mutual benefit societies and health maintenance organizations by providing another net worth component that requires a minimum net worth of three times the average of monthly net claims paid during the past calendar year be maintained by affected societies and organizations.
