RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE. Defines "clean claim"; establishes reimbursement reports to satisfy the notice to provider requirement; requires entities to make available an electronic system to produce verification of eligibility; requires a report to Insurance Commissioner on claims unpaid or contested with reasons for the contested claims. Establishes full parity in health coverage benefits for mental health and substance abuse treatment for minors under age 18. (SD1) |
