relating to long-term care. Grants tax credit to resident taxpayers, regardless of adjusted gross income, for LTC insurance premiums at lesser of $2,500 or amount of LTC insurance premium paid. If credit is claimed, prohibits claiming of same LTC insurance cost as medical expense deduction.
