RELATING TO CANCER. Establishes a breast and cervical cancer treatment program to assist individuals who are diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer by the Hawaii breast and cervical cancer control program, but who are not eligible for federally-funded medicaid coverage as provided by the Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Act of 2000. relating to long-term care. Grants tax credit to resident taxpayers, regardless of adjusted gross income, for LTC insurance premiums at lesser of $2,500 or amount of LTC insurance premium paid. If credit is claimed, prohibits claiming of same LTC insurance cost as medical expense deduction.
