Your Committee on Judiciary, to which was referred S.B. No. 430 entitled:
"A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO PROBATE,"
begs leave to report as follows:
The purpose of this short form bill is to amend the laws relating to probate.
Your Committee has amended this bill to insert provisions establishing procedures for giving notice of a hearing on a petition for the appointment of a guardian of a minor in cases where notice is waived by order of the court.
As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Judiciary that is attached to this report, your Committee is in accord with the action to report out S.B. No. 430, as amended herein, and recommends that it pass Second Reading in the form attached hereto as S.B. No. 430, S.D. 1, and be recommitted to the Committee on Judiciary, for further consideration.
