The purpose of this short form bill is to amend the laws relating to health.

Your Committee has amended this bill by inserting various grant in aids and purchases of service appropriations relating to health.

As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Health and Human Services that is attached to this report, your Committee is in accord with the action to report out S.B. No. 390, as amended herein, and recommends that it pass Second Reading in the form attached hereto as S.B. No. 390, S.D. 1, and be recommitted to the Committee on Health and Human Services, for further consideration.
