A BILL FOR AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR LEGISLATIVE BROADCASTING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $175,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2001-2002, for the legislative broadcast project including, but not limited to, the production and distribution of television broadcasts of legislative proceedings for the legislative session of 2002.
SECTION 2. The sums appropriated shall be expended by the legislature for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2001.
