A BILL FOR AN ACT
Making an appropriation for student Activities coordinators and High School Class Advisors.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $
, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2001-2002, to fund 1 FTE student activities coordinator position and 1.5 FTE high school class advisor positions in each secondary school in the State, and 0.5 FTE student activities coordinator position in each middle school in the State.SECTION 2. The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of education for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2001.
