A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to the state health planning and development agency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 323D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is repealed.
SECTION 2. Upon the effective date of this Act, the legislative reference bureau shall prepare legislation for introduction to conform the Hawaii Revised Statutes to remove cross-references to chapter 323D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, or to any section in chapter 323D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, that are repealed under this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
