Recess Days

RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-first Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2001, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2001 are hereby determined to be the 22^nd, 23^rd, 26^th, 27^th, and 28^th days of February, 2001, on which dates the Regular Session of 2001 shall be recessed.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the recesses, other than the dates of the mandatory recess, for the Regular Session of 2001 are hereby determined to be the 24^th day of January, the 5^th, 7^th, and 30^th days of March, the 9^th, 11^th, 17^th, and 30^th days of April, and the 2^nd day of May, on which dates the Regular Session of 2001 shall be recessed.
