A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to state parks.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $150,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2001-2002 for repairs at He'eia state park, including:
(1) Timbers, decking, roofing, and gutters for the visitor's center;
(2) Roofing and decking for the museum/classroom; and
(3) Termite treatment.
The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of land and natural resources for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2001.
