A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE THIRTY-SIXTH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2001-2002:

Design, construction, and equipment for a ten-classroom building and appurtenances.

SECTION 2. The sums appropriated for the respective projects set forth in section 1 of this Act shall be expended by the department of accounting and general services for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2001.
