Description: Requires the State Commission on the Status of Women to accumulate, compile, and publish data concerning instances of discrimination involving breastfeeding or expressing breastmilk in the workplace. Prohibits an employer from penalizing an employee who breastfeeds or expresses milk at the workplace. (SB825 HD2)
