Report Title: Government Pension Benefits

Description: Allows a surviving spouse or reciprocal beneficiary of a police officer, firefighter, deputy sheriff, or public safety officer killed in the line of duty, to remarry, marry, or enter into a new reciprocal beneficiary relationship and to continue to receive pension and other retirement benefits arising from their former spouse's employment.
