Report Title: Driver's License Revocation

Description: Amends the law relating to administrative revocation of driver's licenses to include revocation of all motor vehicle registrations issued to a driver who has been convicted of a previous violation of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or habitually driving under the influence of liquor or drugs.
